IPR was founded by Gideon Naiditch, Ian Ross and Faye Takata, veterans of the Playground Industry since 1989. They advanced through the changes in the industry which reshaped the look of playgrounds and the approach to safety in play areas. Using their experience with the Hawaiian islands, Hawaii keiki, culture, and weather, Gideon and Ian are able to effectively apply their knowledge to the playground environment, design, and installation.
