IPR was founded in 2004 by two veterans of the Playground industry, Gideon Naiditch and Ian Ross. Servicing Hawaii since 1989, they advanced through the changes in the industry which reshaped the look of playgrounds and the approach to safety in play areas. Using their experience with the Hawaiian islands, Hawaii keiki, culture, and weather, Gideon and Ian are able to effectively apply their knowledge to the playground environment, design, and installation. Ian Ross is IPR's nationally certified playgrounds safety inspector.
